Lifting hook
This new electric hoist utilizes a hoisting motor and reducer imported from Germany. The compact, integrated design of the lifting motor, reducer, drum, and limit switch saves space for users. Modular construction enhances reliability while reducing maintenance time and cost.
It provides multiple hoisting speeds and a selection of pulley ratios. The trolley's standard traveling mechanism is inverter-controlled, with a speed of 20 m/min, ensuring minimal sway and precise positioning during travel, making it suitable for handling delicate and high-value loads.
Features include:
1.Reducer with aluminum alloy housing
2.Smooth and quiet operation
3.Lifetime lubrication (within safe service intervals)
4.Double-disc electromagnetic brake
Drum
Made from high-quality seamless steel pipe and precision-machined with CNC equipment, the drum grooves work in coordination with the rope guide to prevent rope slippage and tangling.
Steel Rope
Uses imported high-strength steel rope with a tensile strength of 2160 kN/mm, offering excellent safety and long service life.
Motor
The hoisting mechanism is driven by a double-winding squirrel-cage pole-changing motor, achieving a speed ratio of 1:6. Thermal resistors are embedded in the windings to prevent overheating.
Key Features:
Lifting Motor:
High-performance motor capable of continuous full-load operation for 30 minutes, with Class B insulation.
Lifting Chain:
Surface-hardened chain protects the core material from damage and softening, maintaining long-term performance. The chain length can be customized per customer requirements.
Dual Brake System:
Combines an electromagnetic brake and a mechanical brake for enhanced safety.
