With the growing demands of the steel industry, foundry cranes are required to operate with increasing frequency. It is therefore essential that these cranes demonstrate utmost safety and reliability. Our crane is designed with a robust yet simplified structure, enabling rapid maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted steel production. Crucially, even in the event of a partial component failure, our system is engineered to prevent ladle fall or turnover.
Safety Features
Prioritizing personnel safety and operational security, our QD-type double girder overhead crane comes equipped with comprehensive safety devices. While standard configurations already include multiple protections, we offer further customization to meet specific requirements—all aimed at ensuring a fully secure working environment. Operation must always follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Standard Safety Equipment Includes:
Warning indicator (flashing light and audible alarm)
Wireless infrared anti-collision detector
Lifting height limiter
Crane travel limit switch
Under-voltage protection
The double girder top-running ladle crane is essential equipment for steel production, primarily used in steelmaking workshops to transport molten steel and other metals under high-temperature, dusty conditions.
As a heavy-duty crane designed for intense operating environments, it is widely installed in steel plants where high handling speeds and severe service requirements are critical. This crane type is also an optimal choice when additional features such as walkways, lighting, and other special equipment are needed.
Working Class:
A5(used for the working no frequency factory, e. G machining and assembly plant)
A6(used for the working more frequency factory, e. G metallurgical and foundry to auxiliary lifting )
A7(used for busy workshop to melting and hot metal lifting)
